Double Bagging to decrease risk of coronavirus infection

PPE Stores News and PR from PPE Stores - Published 27 January 2021 Dr. Anthony Fauci the White House adviser & director of the National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Diseases has made a common sense suggestion that wearing two masks will increase virus protection
Not that I have much faith in any advice Americans give about protection against coronavirus, but Dr. Anthony Fauci, the White House adviser and director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases has made a common sense suggestion that wearing two masks will increase protection against the virus.

"You know, it likely does (increase protection). Because this is a physical covering to prevent droplets and virus from getting in", Dr. Fauci said.

You can still wear your Gucci, Primani and designer mask as an outer layer which is completely ineffective and wear another one underneath which greatly increases your protection. My recommendations for the under-mask are KN95 (FFP2), or aType IIR Surgical Mask.

According to the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, they recommend that people wear masks that have two or more layers of washable, breathable fabric which can block up to 70 percent of coronavirus particles.

Go for even greater protection by spraying your outer mask with Sanigone Total Blast Sanitiser which kills the virus on contact and remains effective for up to 7 days.

When I was in the Royal Navy, double bagging was always the safest option but not quite for the same reason.
My recommendations for the under-mask are KN95 (FFP2), or aType IIR Surgical Mask.
