Make Over For Allhallows MSCP

Allhallows Multi Storey Car Park (MSCP) in Bedford has recently received a £2,350,000 refurbishment. This contract has been completed under budget and on time, meaning the car park was open before schedule.

The refurbishment of the car park included a brand new public toilets and major improvements to all of the parking levels.

The exterior cladding was also completed, improving the exterior appearance of the car park.

These works were carried out by Makers Construction who applied Hydron’s Nu-Plex WB and Nu-Guard WB Masonry Paint.

Nu-Plex WB is a textured coating and was applied to the stairwells within the car park in an ivory colour.

The Nu-Guard WB Masonry Paint was supplied in a variety of colours. These different colours were painted to each level of the car park to indicate the level change.
