We are able to offer a complete range of EMC testing at Cranage, including in-situ testing at a manufacturers premises, and a pre-compliance service. We have multiple EMC test chambers at Cranage, including a semi-anechoic chamber for radiated emissions testing and a fully-anechoic chamber for radiated RF immunity testing. |

During the course of testing you identified a ‘spike’ which did not affect statutory compliance. With your advice, in conjunction with our electronics people, we modified the circuit board to eliminate this spike. The reliability of the circuit board was dramatically improved as a result and we believe was a significant contributor to the general exceptional reliability of our product. This reliability has had as you may imagine a direct effect on sales. We have commented on several occasions that, unlike the taxman, you have given us added value and a return on our investment’.
